P7 Open Top Bus Tour
On Tuesday 8th March Primary 7 braved the Scottish Spring weather to enjoy an open top bus tour of Glasgow. Our bespoke tour visited many of the landmarks which feature in the novel Divided City, including a stop at St. Mungo’s Museum of Religious Life to visit the Sectarianism exhibition. The tour, funded with a grant from Sense over Sectarianism (SOS) helped bring the book alive and gave the children a chance to explore the history and culture of Glasgow. Primary 7 enjoyed themselves enormously and did a great job of representing Hillhead Primary. This tour was planned to coincide with SOS workshops which are currently being delivered across our three P7 classes.
