PRIMARY 1 INDUCTION DAYS FOR HILLHEAD PRIMARY SCHOOL

Dear Parent/Carer

We would like to invite your child to attend both our Primary One induction days on Thursday 4^th June and Monday 15^th June from 9.30-10.45am. *

During these times your child will have an opportunity to visit their classroom and will meet their new teacher and the other children in their class. On the 4^th June, while the children are in class, there will also be an Induction meeting for parents to provide some practical information about Primary One and the school.

The entrance to the school can be accessed from Kelvin Way near the Gibson Street junction. You will then travel down steps or a ramp and across a courtyard towards the glass doors which leads to our social space and classrooms. We will meet you at the doors and direct you to your child’s class.

On the 15^th June, we would appreciate if you could bring your child to school at 9.30am for a second visit to their class (still using the Kelvin Way entrance) and return to collect them at 10.35am, this time using the main entrance to the school on Otago Street.

Our Parent Council are also organising a Spring Fair on 16^th May from 12pm-3pm and you are all welcome to come along.
