School Photographs

Dear Parent/Carer

Art and Vision Photography will visit the school next week from Monday 13^th May to Wednesday 15th May and on Monday 20^th May to take photographs of the children.

This year the photographer will photograph individuals and take group photographs of each class. Family photographs are organised on alternative years and will be arranged next session for all pupils in place of individual photographs.

The photographer hopes to issue the proofs of the photographs on the day they are taken with the exception of the last class who may receive the proofs the next morning. Order forms will be sent home with the proofs with the option to select more than one image in a range of sizes. The section for individual prints can be found on the back of the order form with prices starting at £6.50 for one 6×4 print.  Please also find attached a leaflet giving details of some of the packages available.

An approximate timetable for all photographs can be found on the reverse of this letter.

I’m sure you will understand it is very difficult to predict the exact timing of each class and any changes will be communicated to you by text message.
